Job summary

PT Victorindo Ferro Nusantara is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to promote and sell foundry and palm oil machinery across key industrial regions in Indonesia. You will combine technical know-how with sales skills to meet customer needs and drive growth.

The role requires building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with engineering teams. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and 2+ years in technical sales are preferred, with willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Business Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales.
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, mixers, motors, and foundry casting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently and work independently with strong target orientation.
• Team-oriented with ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Promote and present foundry and industrial machinery products to potential clients, explaining technical features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the foundry, palm oil, and manufacturing sectors.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide technical advice and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
