Job summary

PT Cipta Solusi Andalan (CiSA) is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities across Riau and Sumatera. You will build strong relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored quotations and solutions.

Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in valves, fittings, pumps, or related industries, with willingness to travel extensively across Sumatera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in valves, fittings, pumps, or engineering industry.
• Experience in project-based sales.
• Experience dealing with EPC, Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, or related industries.
• Willing to travel across Sumatera area; domicile in Sumatera preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across Riau and Sumatera area.

• Review and qualify customer requests, both technically and commercially, supported by the Internal Engineering Team.
• Prepare periodic sales reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with all related departments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good relationships with customers across Riau and Sumatera area

Identify, develop, and follow up on sales opportunities within Riau and Sumatera region

Conduct regular customer visits and build strong business networks across assigned areas in Riau and Sumatera

Maintain a good understanding of market conditions, customer needs, and business opportunities in Riau and Sumatera area

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in the valves, fittings, pumps, or engineering industry

Experience in project-based sales

Experience dealing with EPC, Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, or related industries

Preferably domiciled in Sumatera, particularly Riau or Medan, or have strong familiarity and networks within Riau and Sumatera area

Willing to travel extensively across the assigned Sumatera area

Possess a valid SIM A

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work independently

Quick learner with a proactive attitude
