Job summary

PT Cipta Solusi Andalan (CiSA) is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to grow business opportunities across Eastern Indonesia, including Makassar and surrounding areas. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least three years in valves, fittings, pumps, or related engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in valves, fittings, pumps, or engineering.
• Experience in project-based sales is advantageous.
• Experience with EPC/Oil & Gas or Water treatment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively in Eastern Indonesia.
• Valid SIM A required.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across Eastern Indonesia.
• Identify and follow up on sales opportunities within the region.

• Understand market conditions, customer needs, and opportunities in the region.
• Monitor and follow up on quotations until orders are booked.
• Provide quotations with support from Internal Sales and Engineering teams.
• Review customer requests technically and commercially with Internal Engineering.
• Prepare periodic sales reports.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure order fulfilment.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Engineer to join our team and develop business opportunities across Eastern Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain good relationships with customers across Eastern Indonesia.

Identify, develop, and follow up on sales opportunities within the assigned region.

Conduct regular customer visits and build strong business networks across assigned areas.

Maintain a good understanding of market conditions, customer needs, and business opportunities within the region.

Monitor and follow up on each quotation until it becomes an order booking.

Provide quotations according to customer requirements and solution designs, supported by the Internal Sales Team.

Review and qualify customer requests, both technically and commercially, supported by the Internal Engineering Team.

Prepare periodic sales reports.

Communicate and coordinate with all related departments.

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the valves, fittings, pumps, or engineering industry will be advantageous.

Experience in project-based sales will be advantageous.

Experience dealing with EPC, Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, or related industries is preferred.

Preferably domiciled in Eastern Indonesia, particularly in Makassar or Manado, or have strong familiarity and networks within the region.

Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Possess a valid SIM A.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
