Job summary

Prosympac O&G in Indonesia seeks a results-driven professional to lead business development and technical sales in the vibration sector. Based in Balikpapan, you will build and expand the customer base in Power Generation and Mining, leveraging 5+ years of relevant experience and fluency in English.

• Min 5 years in business development, technical sales, or application engineering, preferably within vibration.
• Experience selling products in Power Generation and Mining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed annual sales budget and margin objectives for the assigned territory or market segments.
• Conduct relevant business development activities, opportunity identification & development, and development of business plans.
• Establish strong business relationships with existing customer base and develop value relationships with potential clients to expand business.
• Responsible to maintain an existing account base and identify & develop growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to define and implement key account plans.
