Job summary

PayJoy Indonesia is hiring a Sales Ops Analyst to drive execution of pilots, maintain sales tooling, and enforce SOPs for field workflows in Jakarta. You will coordinate with promoter ops, FinOps, and product, ensuring data quality and timely reports while supporting onboarding from leads to field deployment.

The role requires 3–5 years in ops/analytics, strong SQL/BI skills, and on-site work in Jakarta with travel to pilots. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales ops, business ops, or data/analytics role; fintech or high-volume field sales is a plus.
• Own day-to-day administration of sales and incentive tooling (CRM, commission/incentive tracking, dashboards).
• Process-oriented: write, maintain, and enforce SOPs, and spot bottlenecks before they show in numbers.
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools; advanced modeling not required.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Exceptional communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta and travel to field locations as pilots require.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Industrial Eng, Finance, or related field.
• Detail-oriented, fast-paced startup environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute pilot and rollout logistics, coordinating store/merchant lists, field team briefings, timelines, and on-the-ground issue resolution.
• Administer sales and incentive tooling, including user setup, data hygiene, and recurring reports.
• Document, maintain, train, and enforce SOPs for sales, promoter, and partner-facing processes.
• Support partner and customer acquisition workflows end-to-end from lead intake to onboarding.
• Monitor real-time data quality, flag anomalies, and assist Commercial Analyst.
• Coordinate with Promoter Ops, FinOps, and Product to keep field processes/tools running smoothly.
• Produce recurring operational reports for the Commercial team.
• Escalate systemic tool/process gaps with evidence for design decisions.
