Job summary

PayJoy, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Sales Ops Analyst for Jakarta. You will execute pilot logistics, maintain sales tooling, and enforce SOPs while coordinating field teams and ensuring data quality across partner and customer onboarding workflows.

You will work closely with Promoter Ops, FinOps, and Product to keep field processes smooth, generate recurring operational reports, and flag bottlenecks before they escalate. This role requires on-site work in Jakarta and travel as pilots demand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a data/analytics-adjacent role; fintech or high-volume field sales is a plus.
• Own the operational side of sales tools: CRM, incentive tracking, dashboards, data hygiene and reporting.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to build clear, repeatable reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute pilot and rollout logistics designed by the Commercial team, coordinating store/merchant selection and field briefings.
• Administer sales tools and incentive platforms, including user setup and routine reports.
• Document, train, and enforce SOPs for sales, promoter, and partner-facing processes.
• Support partner and customer workflows end-to-end—from lead intake to onboarding.
