Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia in Jakarta seeks a Sales Training Development Manager to lead the development of sales capabilities across the field sales organization. You will design learning solutions, facilitate programs, and partner with HR and sales leaders to drive measurable business impact.

With 3+ years in sales leadership and strong facilitation skills, you will foster talent development, build capability, and strengthen execution across commercial teams in a dynamic consumer market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree graduates with minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership/managerial roles such as ASM, KAM, NKAM or related job.
• Strong understanding of field sales operations, distributor management, territory management, sales force effectiveness, and execution.
• Demonstrated experience in training, facilitation, coaching, and people development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across different levels of the organization.
• Passion for developing people and building organizational capabilities.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Familiarity with commercial planning processes, leadership frameworks, learning systems, and digitalization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales capability development for Nestlé Field Sales via competency-based learning initiatives.
• Assess capability gaps and partner with business leaders to develop targeted learning interventions.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training curriculum, learning modules, and capability-building programs.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching programs, and development initiatives with focus on learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Monitor training implementation, learning outcomes, post-training evaluations, and capability progress across sales organization.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Corporate Training, Sales Operation Development, Regional Sales Managers, and other stakeholders to accelerate people development.
• Lead onboarding, induction, NMT, and other talent development programs for commercial teams.
• Champion GOAL Alignment implementation and ensure adoption across sales teams.
• Manage capability development initiatives within agreed budgets while ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes
