PayJoy, Inc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Maluku to lead the sales team, expand the distribution network through smartphone retailers and mobile operators, and drive revenue growth in the financing space.

You will mentor a high-performing regional team, forge strong partner relationships, analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and report to executives. A 12+ year track record and fluency in English and Indonesian are required.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years closing, nurturing, and growing smartphone retailers and mobile network operators in financing.
• Experience leading a sales team and reporting to executives with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented, process-oriented, with experience meeting robust SLAs.

Aufgaben

• Develop strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and market penetration in the region.
• Strengthen relationships with commercial partners to expand distribution.
• Lead and mentor a regional sales team, ensuring tools and training.
• Support Sales in all activities to optimize customer satisfaction and grow the base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform actions.
• Generate sales reports and KPIs to guide campaigns and initiatives.
