BukuWarung is seeking a Field Trainer to drive sales capability across its merchant field teams in Pekanbaru and surrounding areas. You will coach new joiners, existing MSE/RSE, and field leaders through ride-alongs, observed practice, and on-the-spot feedback to lift productivity.

You will design practical content, translate field insights into quarterly training plans, and collaborate with L&D, HRBP, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of combined field training and field sales experience.
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru.
• Proven field trainer track record with measurable impact on productivity or retention.
• Hands-on field sales experience with a target, ideally FMCG/telco/fintech to MSMEs.
• Experience coaching leaders for supervisors and team leaders.
• High mobility; travel frequently across provinces and relocate short-term when needed.
• Strong facilitation and feedback skills with field teams and senior leaders.
