Job summary

Mekari, a leading Indonesian SaaS company, seeks a Training Specialist in Jakarta to onboard and train new sales teams, build deep product knowledge, and streamline sales processes from day one.

You will design engaging training programs, develop materials and scripts, coach representatives, conduct QA reviews of calls, and partner with sales leaders to raise performance and align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs.
• Ability to assess performance data to identify skill gaps.
• Proven track record in coaching and improving sales outcomes.
• Familiarity with QA in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new salespeople to build strong product knowledge, sales skills, and process understanding.
• Identify individual and team training needs through performance data, sales observations, and skill gap assessments.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, sales scripts, playbooks, case studies, and learning modules.
• Design and facilitate engaging and interactive training programs using role-playing, gamification, case studies, and practical sales simulations.
• Conduct sales coaching and mentoring sessions to improve sales competencies, customer interactions, and overall sales performance.
• Perform Sales Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including reviewing sales calls and conversations, assessing sales execution, and evaluating adherence to sales processes and standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable improvement plans based on training evaluations, QA findings, and individual performance gaps.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and post-training performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to align training initiatives with business priorities, sales targets, and team performance needs.
• Continuously improve training, coaching, and QA approaches based on changing business needs, sales trends, and feedback.
