Qualifications

• 5 years in Sales Enablement or similar industry.
• Background in Sales, Telesales, or QC.
• Data analysis capabilities is a must. Comfortable to crunch data into analytical output
• Comfortable with rigorous process and details

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower fulfilment to ensure continuous supply of top talent density%
• Manage new hire training and coaching -- success is indicated by Graduation %
• Manage QC for all staffs to monitor, track, and report potential non compliance and fraud
• Manage levers to drive higher Booking to Visit %
