Job summary

Seven Retail, a House of Brands, seeks a proactive HR Operations Staff - Lifestyle to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, records management, HR administration, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a smooth employee experience.

You will assist with recruitment coordination for Sales & Marketing roles, support training programs, and help organize engagement activities and culture initiatives across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience handling onboarding, employee administration, or HR operational activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, orientation schedules, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure structured onboarding programs to provide smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage employee offboarding processes, including clearance, exit documentation, and exit interviews.
• Maintain employee records and accurate HR documentation.
• Maintain and update employee database and personnel files.
• Prepare employment-related documents such as contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and letters.
• Support HR reporting and employee data management.
• Ensure HR processes comply with policies and regulations.
• End-to-end execution and support for hiring Sales & Marketing Executive positions.
• Support administration of training programs, schedules, attendance, and evaluations.
• Assist in maintaining employee development records and learning documentation.
• Support internal development initiatives and structured learning programs.
• Coordinate buddy programs and engagement activities; organize company events and culture-building initiatives.
