Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a trainer in sales or customer service.
• Experience training sales teams (retail, B2C, B2B, telesales).
• Able to deliver engaging, practical sales training.
• Skilled in simulations or role-plays for skill development.
• Strong knowledge of sales funnel, objections, and closing techniques.
• Energetic and inspiring communicator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitching decks based on the sales team's needs.
• Onboard new sales members with structured training.
• Deliver regular training sessions and workshops.
• Facilitate discussions, role-plays, and coaching during sessions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and improve training materials.
• Review and update programs with operations to identify needs.
