Seven Retail is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate Manager – Lifestyle to drive talent density, training, and quality control across its lifestyle services. You will manage manpower fulfilment, new hire training, and QC for staff, with a focus on data analysis and process discipline.

• Data analysis capabilities is a must. Comfortable to crunch data into analytical output
• Comfortable with rigorous process and details

• Manage new hire training and coaching -- success is indicated by Graduation %
• Manage QC for all staffs to monitor, track, and report potential non compliance and fraud
