Seven Retail is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn large datasets into strategic insights. You will design analyses, run predictive modeling, and build scalable dashboards for key business metrics. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will be essential to translate requirements into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and mentoring junior analysts as you lead analytics initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
5+ years of data analytics, BI, or similar analytics role.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
Experience creating dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience with statistical analysis and experimentation (A/B testing) is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns and insights.
Design statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and experimentation.
Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports and data models.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
Ensure data quality and governance; maintain data validation practices.
Mentor junior analysts and lead analytical initiatives.
