Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Sales Trainer in Indonesia to equip the sales teams with essential skills, knowledge, and confidence. You will build training programs, conduct coaching, and help foster a customer-focused sales culture across retail channels.

You’ll prepare targeted decks, run onboarding for new hires, and deliver ongoing sessions. The role requires energizing, practical training delivery and collaboration with SMEs to evolve materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a trainer in sales or customer service
• Experience training sales teams across retail, B2C, B2B, telesales, etc.
• Ability to deliver engaging, practical training material
• Skilled in simulations or role-play for skill development
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, objections, and closing techniques

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitching decks based on the sales team's needs
• Conduct onboarding training for new sales team members
• Deliver regular training sessions and workshops for existing staff
• Facilitate discussions, role-plays, case studies, and coaching sessions
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and improve training materials
• Review and update training programs and coordinate with operations on needs
