PayJoy is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to define and implement sales enablement strategies that boost productivity for the internal team and external promoters, directly impacting the sales funnel.

You will develop internal and B2B enablement, provide training, and align messaging with Marketing and Product. You’ll report metrics to senior management and drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in sales enablement or revenue-oriented roles.
• Experience in field training with commercial teams.
• Project management and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Instructional design skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and B2B sales enablement strategies.
• Provide sales training and coaching to improve productivity.
• Measure and report productivity and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align training materials with brand goals.
• Work with Product to communicate product innovations and address questions.
• Apply AB testing methodology and report results to senior management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications
