Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Associate will support the sales cycle from lead generation to order closing, including identifying potential customers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining regular contact with existing clients. The role involves preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Sales Associate will help maintain accurate sales records, update the customer database, and support the preparation of sales reports and forecasts. This role also includes collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to after-sales service quality.

Qualifications
