Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales/Commercial Analytics or BI in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands-on with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience analyzing sales, pricing, distribution and promotions.
• Familiarity with Nielsen/Circana/IRI, POS, distributor or CRM data a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance across channels, customers, regions, and product categories.
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, sales volume, market share, pricing and promotions.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports using BI tools.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Analyze POS, shipment, retailer and market data to evaluate performance.
• Assess trade promotions and measure ROI.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve sales, performance and revenue.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Revenue, and Supply Chain teams for planning and strategy.
• Extract, transform, and reconcile data from multiple sources using SQL and analytics tools.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and data governance.
