Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist who transforms sales, customer, distribution, and market data into actionable insights to drive business growth.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Management, and Supply Chain to monitor performance and support strategic decisions with data-driven analysis and visualization. Responsibilities include building dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, monitoring KPIs, and automating reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as analytics, economics, or CS.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales/Commercial analytics or BI roles.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with POS, Nielsen, Circana data is an advantage.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or cloud analytics is a plus.
• Understanding of revenue management and trade analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance across channels, customers, regions, and product categories.
• Monitor KPIs including net revenue, sales volume, market share, and pricing.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Automate reporting and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Evaluate POS, distributor, and market data for customer performance and promotions.
• Assess trade promotions and ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Supply Chain teams for planning.
• Extract, transform, and reconcile data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Improve reporting processes and maintain KPI definitions and rules.
