PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to transform sales, customer, distribution, and market data into actionable insights that drive growth.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Management, and Supply Chain to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions. You will develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, automate reporting, and analyze POS, retailer, and distributor data to measure ROI and promotion effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience analyzing sales, customer, distribution data.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Circana (IRI), POS data or CRM data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance across channels, customers, regions, and product categories.
• Monitor KPIs including net revenue, sales volume, distribution, market share, pricing and promotional performance.
• Develop dashboards and executive scorecards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Analyze POS, shipment, retailer, distributor, and syndicated market data.
• Assess trade promotions and marketing ROI.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and KPI definitions.
