Job summary

Kredivo is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support analytics for the Business Development function in Indonesia. You will track KPIs for sales promoters, sales operations, merchant acquisition, and BD, partnering with product, data engineering, and data science to drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities include dashboards, data marts, and reporting, plus collaboration with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Business/Data Analyst, Sales Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to question data and derive recommendations.
• Advanced SQL skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Mode/Looker).
• English proficiency for professional communication.
• Experience with data warehouse modelling is a plus.
• Experience with data pipelines (Airflow, dbt) and Python is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track key metrics and KPIs (GMV growth, promo spend efficiency, sales channel performance).
• Create monthly sales targets, incentive plans, and performance tracking.
• Collect data from multiple sources and generate reports and dashboards.
• Analyze promoter performance and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales/promoter teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities for promoter growth and improvement.
• Support internal product development from a data perspective.
• Develop, maintain, and own sales-related data marts.
• Document data assets, pipelines, and root cause analyses.
