Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist in Indonesia to transform sales, customer, distribution, and market data into actionable insights. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Management, and Supply Chain to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.

You will develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, automate reports, and analyze POS, pricing, and promotions to optimize revenue and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales Analytics/Commercial Analytics/BI/Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel.
• Hands-on Power BI or Tableau experience.
• Experience analyzing sales, customer, distribution, pricing, and promo data.
• Familiarity with Nielsen/Circana/IRI, POS data, distributor data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Python/R/Azure/Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform sales, customer, distribution, and market data into insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze POS, shipments, retailer and distributor data to evaluate performance.
• Assess trade promotions and measure ROI.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Supply Chain for reviews and planning.
• Extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Improve reporting processes and maintain KPI definitions.
