Kredivo in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support analytics for Business Development, including tracking KPIs for sales promoters, sales operation, merchant acquisition, and related teams. You will collaborate with product, data engineering, and data science to deliver actionable insights.

The role focuses on building data marts, dashboards, and reports, shaping incentives and targets, and translating data into business recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. CS/Engineering/Economics/Math).
• 4+ years as Business Data Analyst, Sales Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Advanced SQL skills are mandatory.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and tracking key business metrics and KPIs such as GMV growth, promo spend efficiency, and channel performance.
• Creating monthly sales targets, incentive plans, and performance tracking.
• Collecting and organizing data from various sources and generating reports and dashboards.
• Analyzing promoter performance, patterns, and metrics and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with sales promoter team to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for promoter growth and improvement.
• Providing support for internal product development from data perspective.
