ROMAN is seeking a Retail Specifier to drive sales growth across building material outlets in Bali. You will visit stores, engage with project owners, and identify opportunities to expand ROMAN’s presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the building materials industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct store visits and project visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through store visits and relationship management with outlets.
• Visit project sites and meet customers to identify sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stores, project owners, and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue for assigned stores.
