Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Control, develop, plan, and optimize sales activities to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales and distribution processes against standards.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate the work of the sales team.
• Conduct regular customer visits to review performance and build relationships.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify sales potential.
• Create annual performance planning targets.
