Job summary

Predmet Retail Trading Group in Bali seeks a Business Development Representative to front the company with developers, contractors, architects and hotel operators across Bali. You will travel regionally, deliver English presentations, build a pipeline, and drive orders from inquiry to closing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales in construction or hospitality supply, strong public speaking, and a ready network in Bali.

Qualifications

Indonesian citizen based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Fluent spoken and written English—you will present and negotiate in English daily.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in construction, interior, furniture, building materials, or hospitality supply is a strong plus.
Confident public speaking and presentation skills; able to build a clear deck in PowerPoint / Canva / Google Slides.
Existing network among developers, contractors, architects, or hotel projects in Bali is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, showrooms, and industry events.
Prepare and deliver company presentations to clients in English (profile, product range, project cases, supply model).
Build and maintain a pipeline of developers, contractors, architects, and hospitality projects.
Conduct 12+ client meetings per month and log each contact and deal stage in our CRM (Odoo).
Collect project requirements, pass them to purchasing, and follow through to quotation and closing.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and generate repeat orders.
Report weekly on pipeline, meetings, and closed deals.
