Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. invites applications for a Supervisor Retail Engagement based in East Java. The role focuses on planning and evaluating trade marketing activities and driving territory strategy to elevate outlet performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in field sales, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a willingness to be placed in East Java. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and a valid SIM A are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with GPA 3.00 or higher.
• Minimum 3 years field sales experience with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and organizational savvy.
