Qualifications

• You must have a Bachelor's degree with a GPA that reflects strong academic performance.
• Minimum 3 years in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and organizational savvy.
• Fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of territory management and distributor business processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and data analysis.
