Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (GPA 3.00 or higher) in any major.
• At least 3 years of field sales experience with supervisory responsibilities, preferably FMCG.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willing to work with minimal supervision and be placed in East Java.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
