Job summary

You will plan, monitor, and evaluate territory and channel strategies to ensure flawless execution and strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥3.0, at least 3 years in field sales with supervisory experience, and solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and organizational savvy.
• Fast learner and able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Capacity to understand field sales functions (territory management, distributor processes, salesperson productivity).
• Proficient with MS Excel.
