Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, coordinate, and support restaurant staff during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory and proper handling of supplies.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and training of new employees.
• Monitor service quality and restaurant performance; report issues to Restaurant Manager.
