Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management or hospitality operations experience.
• Proven leadership with large teams and staff development.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian knowledge advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and menu management.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including service scheduling and guest flow.
• Leading, training, and motivating staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Developing and implementing procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Managing budgets, costs, and profitability.
