PT ECOLIT KONTRAKTOR BALI seeks a responsible Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, ensuring beverage quality, guest service, and cleanliness across all stations. You will lead bartenders and bar staff, coordinate shifts, maintain stock, and uphold hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate has bar operations experience, strong beverage knowledge, leadership, and English communication skills, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays in Bali.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar operations
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
• Understanding of inventory management and stock control
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good English communication; other languages are an advantage
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
• Well-organized and detail-oriented

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, coordinate, and support bartenders, baristas and bar staff during shifts.
• Ensure consistent beverage preparation, quality, presentation and portion control.
• Monitor bar stock levels, inventory, requisitions and storage of beverages.
• Assist with stocktaking and monitor beverage usage to minimize wastage.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift allocation and on-the-job training.
• Ensure bar area, equipment and service stations are clean, organized and maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and complaints professionally.
