Job summary

Luna Beach Club Bali is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Luna Beer Garden. You will lead, motivate, and coach the service team to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences and ensure SOPs are followed.

Role requires 2+ years in hospitality, strong F&B knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Weekend/holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a service team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-oriented mindset with hospitality standards.
• Good command of English and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operation and supervise the service team.
• Lead, motivate, and provide coaching to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and outlet procedures are followed.
• Hold daily briefings and monitor performance, attendance, and grooming.
• Coordinate between service, kitchen, bar, and other departments.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Monitor floor, assist with stock, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Support scheduling and manpower planning according to needs.
• Prepare operational updates and reports for the Operations Manager.
