A Western casual dining restaurant in Bali, specialising in burgers and casual food, is seeking an experienced, trustworthy and proactive manager to lead operations, strengthen the team and help take the business to the next level. Working directly with the owners, you will oversee daily operations while improving systems, organising marketing and driving sales growth. This role requires someone who can plan for the future while maintaining high standards in the everyday details.
Take ownership of daily operations across the kitchen, front of house and delivery services.
Maintain consistent food quality, service speed, cleanliness, presentation and order accuracy.
Develop, implement and enforce practical SOPs, checklists and staff training procedures.
Manage purchasing, stock counts, supplier relationships, receiving and storage.
Establish reliable inventory tracking and reorder schedules.
Monitor food costs, wastage, labour costs and operating expenses.
Manage rosters, attendance, recruitment, onboarding and training.
Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations.
Develop supervisors, delegate effectively and hold the team accountable.
Organise and manage marketing activities in consultation with the owners.
Several years of proven restaurant management experience, including substantial responsibility for staff, operations and business performance.
Previous experience managing a Western casual dining restaurant, burger restaurant or similar food business.
A recognised diploma or degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a closely related business discipline.
Strong spoken and written English, including the ability to discuss business performance and prepare clear reports.
Demonstrated experience developing and successfully implementing SOPs.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, food costs, staffing and POS systems.
Experience organising marketing activities and delivering measurable sales improvements.
Honesty, reliability, sound judgement and a strong sense of ownership.
The ability to take initiative, solve problems and follow through without constant supervision.
