Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in the same position, with a strong background as part of a pre-opening team and direct involvement in restaurant setup.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous

Responsibilities

About the role

Nongbu Market is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers you the opportunity to manage a dynamic hospitality team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing staff performance, and driving profitability whilst maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both with staff and guests
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including cost management and inventory control
• Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation protocols
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyse operational performance
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous
• A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
