We are an established boutique food and beverage business in Bali with an exciting retail and café expansion underway. Our focus is on premium products, exceptional customer experiences, and creating a destination people love to visit.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our business into its next chapter.

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business.

You'll work closely with the owners to ensure everything runs smoothly across our pastry production, boutique café, retail store, customer service, online orders, and deliveries. Your role is to support the team, improve systems, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in every part of the business, leads by example, and takes pride in creating a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.

Lead, motivate, and support the team across all departments.

Ensure exceptional customer service both in-store and online.

Coordinate production, retail, café, and order fulfilment.

Manage daily staff scheduling and operational planning.

Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control.

Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
