Fold Artisan Bakery in Ubud, Bali is seeking an experienced Restaurant Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional service. You will supervise FOH and Kitchen coordination, manage rosters, control costs, and monitor inventory while maintaining SOPs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant/outlet management, strong English communication, leadership skills, and the ability to handle guest feedback under pressure in a busy F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Based in Bali or willingness to relocate to Ubud
• 3+ years of experience in Restaurant/Outlet Management
• Strong F&B operations experience
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good coordination between FOH and Kitchen
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving under pressure
• Understanding of sales, inventory, and cost control

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Supervise outlet team, including rostering and performance
• Coordinate between FOH, Kitchen, and Bar
• Maintain service quality, food hygiene, and SOPs
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor sales, wastage, and operating costs
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ubud.

REQUIREMENTS

Based/domicilied in Bali

Minimum 3 years of experience in Restaurant / Outlet Management

Strong experience in F&B operations

Good English communication skills, both spoken and written

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good understanding of FOH & Kitchen coordination

Able to handle guest complaints and ensure excellent service standards

Understanding of sales, inventory, cost control, and daily operations

Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Willing to be placed in Ubud, Bali

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

Manage and supervise the outlet team, including roster and performance

Coordinate between FOH, Kitchen, and Bar

Maintain service, food quality, cleanliness, and SOP standards

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally

Monitor sales, inventory, wastage, and operational costs

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and follow up on issues
