The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in high-end, high-volume settings, adept at cost control, staff development, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior restaurant management position.
• Strong background in high-end, high-volume, or high-quality restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, sales, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the restaurant's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the restaurant team.
• Maintain consistently high standards of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
• Ensure all operational procedures and service standards are properly implemented and maintained.
• Monitor and improve restaurant sales, upselling, cost control, and overall business performance.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, productivity, and discipline.
• Handle guest feedback and operational issues professionally and effectively.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, purchasing, finance, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and high-caliber Restaurant Manager to join our team for the opening of our new restaurant located on Jalan Sriwedari, Ubud.

We are looking for a professional who possesses strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing high-standard restaurant operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is not only capable of managing daily operations, but also understands how to lead a team, maintain exceptional service standards, drive restaurant performance, and take full ownership of the operation.
