As a Restaurant Manager at Savaya Group, you will be responsible for leading the daily operation of one of the group’s restaurants or dining venues in Bali. You will work closely with the Service, Kitchen, Bar, Events, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and ensure the venue operates smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about service, confident managing teams, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant, beach club, hotel, or entertainment environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
You will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring that service is organised, efficient, and aligned with company standards. You will lead pre-service briefings, allocate team responsibilities, monitor guest flow, and remain visible and engaged throughout each service period.
You will lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing development. You will help create a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment while ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and deliver consistently high standards.
You will maintain strong relationships with guests, respond to feedback, manage requests or concerns professionally, and take appropriate action to resolve issues. You will ensure that guests receive attentive, personalised, and efficient service from arrival through to departure.
You will work closely with the Kitchen and Bar teams to coordinate food and beverage service, monitor order accuracy and timing, and support smooth communication between departments. You will also oversee reservations, table management, special requests, events, and other operational requirements where applicable.
You will support revenue and cost control through effective staffing, stock awareness, waste reduction, cash and payment procedures, and adherence to operational budgets. You will also assist with reporting, service reviews, inventory processes, and the implementation of operational improvements.
You will ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene, health and safety, responsible alcohol service, venue security, and company policies. You will also maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, service quality, and operational readiness across the restaurant.
