Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of one of its Bali venues. You will work with Service, Kitchen, Bar, Events, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure smooth, efficient service.

This hands-on leadership role requires a seasoned hospitality professional who can manage busy shifts, coach front-of-house teams, and uphold high standards of hygiene, service quality, and guest relations in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Proven ability to lead diverse front-of-house teams.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, reservations, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication in English; Indonesian a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operation and service quality.
• Lead pre-service briefings and allocate team tasks.
• Coach and develop front-of-house staff.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar for seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service.
