• Review revenue, labour, costs, guest feedback and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching and evaluation of team members while building a culture of accountability, collaboration and hospitality.
• In the General Manager’s absence, act as the venue’s senior leader on duty.

• Have you led operations within a restaurant, lounge, beach club, nightclub, hotel, or another high-volume hospitality venue?

• Are you comfortable leading from the floor and making sound decisions during busy service?

• Can you coach department leaders and bring different operational teams together?

• Do you understand how service quality, labour, revenue, and cost control affect venue performance?

• Can you handle guest concerns with confidence, discretion, and good judgement?

• Have you worked with operational reports, budgets, inventories, and cash-control procedures?

• Can you maintain consistent standards during regular service, special events, and peak periods?

• Are you comfortable working shifts, weekends, public holidays, and late-night hours?

• Can you communicate professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia?
