Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Passionate about restaurant operations, guest service, and premium hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service is organized, efficient and aligned with standards.
• Lead front-of-house team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar to ensure seamless food and beverage service and accurate timing.
• Manage reservations, table management, events, and other operational requirements as applicable.
• Support revenue and cost control through staffing, stock awareness, waste reduction, and adherence to budgets.
