Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in the same position, with a strong background as part of a pre-opening team and direct involvement in restaurant setup.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous

Responsibilities

• Overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily service
• Managing, training, and supervising restaurant staff including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel
• Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Monitoring food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency with Nongbu Market's brand values
• Managing inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maximise profitability and minimise waste
• Handling customer relations and resolving complaints with professionalism and discretion
• Scheduling staff and managing payroll in accordance with labour regulations and budgetary constraints
• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards
• Implementing promotional initiatives and special events to drive revenue and enhance guest experience
• Reporting on financial performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics to senior management
