Job summary

UNIT. Group, based in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking an online reservations and hospitality coordinator to manage OTA platforms, update the official hotel website, and optimize the booking engine for more direct bookings.

You will respond to guest inquiries across channels and monitor performance metrics. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and data-analysis skills, with experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and hotel reservations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Reservation, or hotel industry.
• Understanding of OTA platforms such as Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, Tiket.com, and similar platforms.
• Ability to manage websites, booking engines, and basic SEO/digital marketing concepts.
• Strong communication, customer service, and reservation handling skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Office/Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage OTA platforms (price updates, room availability, promotions, content, and sales monitoring).
• Keep official hotel website updated and optimize booking engine for direct bookings.
• Handle inquiries and reservations via OTA, website, WhatsApp, email, phone and social media through confirmation.
• Provide fast, informative, and professional responses to guest questions, requests, reviews, and complaints across channels.
• Monitor and analyze OTA, website, and social media performance.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure accuracy and smooth reservations; identify opportunities to increase online sales and direct bookings.
