Job summary

PT. UNIT BUILD INDUSTRIES in Bali seeks a friendly Front Desk/Receptionist to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, manage reservations for hotel products and services, and provide accurate information on facilities.

The role requires English communication, familiarity with PMS and MS Office, and the ability to work independently in a team at our Tabanan location. Candidates should have SMA/SMK or Diploma and 1–2 years prior Front Office experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or Diploma (D1/D3) in hospitality.
• 1-2 years in Front Office or hospitality.
• Communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with room reservations, check-in/check-out.
• Able to operate computers and hotel systems.
• Neat, professional grooming and hospitality attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and customer service.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, able to work independently.
• Willing to be placed in Tabanan, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations for hotel products and services, including room bookings, car rentals, airport pick-up, and airport transfers
• Receive and transfer telephone calls as a Telephone Operator and provide information to guests as needed
• Welcome and serve guests as Front Desk/Receptionist, assisting with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information related to hotel facilities and services
• Deliver friendly, professional, and responsive service and communication to ensure guest needs and comfort are met
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure reservation processes, guest services, and operational needs run smoothly
