White Rock Beach Club is seeking a Reservation (Daily Worker) to join our Front Office & Guest Services team at our beachfront property in Kuta Selatan, Bali. This full-time role places you as the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and delivering exceptional service that sets the tone for their stay.

You will process bookings, provide rate and package information, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in a reservation, booking or customer service role.
• Excellent English communication; Bahasa Indonesia useful.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and booking platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
• Provide information on room types, rates, amenities and packages.
• Confirm bookings and ensure guest details are accurate in the system.
• Handle modifications and cancellations professionally.
• Manage group reservations and special requests for guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to prep rooms.
• Address guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and communications.
• Assist with front desk operations during peak times.
• Upsell room upgrades and services to contribute to revenue.

About the role

White Rock Beach Club is seeking a Reservation (Daily Worker) to join our Front Office & Guest Services team at our beachfront property in Kuta Selatan, Bali. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests, managing reservations and delivering exceptional customer service that sets the tone for their stay with us. As a daily worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless booking operations and providing outstanding support to our guests throughout their journey with White Rock Beach Club.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and managing guest reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online booking systems
• Providing detailed information about room types, rates, amenities and special packages to prospective guests
• Confirming bookings and ensuring accurate guest details are recorded in the reservation system
• Handling modifications and cancellations to existing reservations with professionalism and efficiency
• Managing group reservations and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
• Co-ordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared according to guest requirements
• Addressing guest enquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and guest communications
• Assisting with front desk operations during peak times as required
• Contributing to revenue optimisation by upselling room upgrades and additional services

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a reservation, booking or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and additional languages a strong advantage
• Proficiency with reservation systems and booking platforms
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
• Problem-solving ability and composure when handling challenging situations
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
