Job summary

Ametis Villa Bali in Badung, Bali seeks a Reservation Agent (Afternoon Shift) to join our reservations team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on converting inquiries into bookings and ensuring a seamless pre-arrival experience.

You will be the first contact for guests, handling inquiries, processing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and guest services to meet guest needs. Fluency in English and strong reservation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to guest inquiries via telephone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Processing and confirming villa reservations, ensuring accurate information is recorded in the booking system.
• Providing detailed information about villa amenities, facilities, services, and local attractions to prospective guests.
• Assisting guests with special requests, preferences, and customised itinerary planning.
• Managing cancellations, modifications, and amendments to existing reservations.
• Coordinating with other departments, including housekeeping and guest services, to ensure guest needs are communicated effectively.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of villa packages, pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
• Following up with potential guests to encourage booking confirmations.
• Handling payments and processing invoices in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all reservations and guest communications.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues during peak periods.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Reservation Agent (Afternoon Shift) to join our reservations team at Ametis Villa Bali in Badung. This is a full-time position based on-site, working during afternoon shift hours. • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously

• Knowledge of Badung, Bali, and the local tourism landscape is a plus
• Flexibility to work afternoon shift hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
