Job summary

Pt Terra Drone Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Remote Telecom Sales Engineer to drive growth across our telecom portfolio from a home office in Indonesia. You will partner with the sales team to understand client needs, design customized telecom solutions, and deliver product demonstrations and workshops while translating technical features into business value.

The role requires 3+ years in telecom sales engineering, a related engineering degree, and strong presentation and remote collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
3+ years in sales engineering/pre-sales in the telecommunications industry.
Strong knowledge of IP networking, mobile networks, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated with ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
Design and present customized telecom solutions, including network architecture, hardware, and software components.
Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and technical workshops for prospective clients.
Respond to technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs with accurate, compelling proposals.
Stay current with telecom technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to product teams based on market and customer insights.
